Michael Sullivan Bio

Prior to founding Forest Hill Partners, Mike was the co-founder of Hornet Capital, a private holding company focused on acquiring small to middle market companies experiencing operational and/or financial problems. Prior to Hornet Mike served as vice president of ABN AMRO Capital (USA) Inc., the North American private equity unit of ABN AMRO Bank. At ABN AMRO, Mike worked with management teams to arrange buyout transactions and was responsible for investing the institution's $100 million private equity fund. Mike was also formerly a member of ABN AMRO's Acquisition Finance Group, providing bank financing and advisory services for M&A transactions. Collectively, the group managed a portfolio of more than $ 4 billion in highly leveraged, acquisition-related loans. Mike holds an MBA from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
