Stephen is the Fund Principal for the Investment Fund for Wales, based in our Cardiff office. Prior to Foresight, he worked at the Development Bank of Wales, Lloyds Banking Group and Grant Thornton. Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales; a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Reading; and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
