Steven Begleiter Bio

Steve is a Managing Director of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2008, Steve was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he was a member of the firm’s Management and Compensation Committee (2000-2008), led the Corporate Strategy Group and had responsibility for Asset Management (2007-2008). Steve spent 15 years of his 24-year career at Bear Stearns in the Financial Institutions Group, where he worked with a broad range of domestic and international clients on a variety of advisory and financing transactions. In addition to his responsibilities at Flexpoint Ford, Steve serves as a Director of MarketAxess Holdings Inc., an electronic trading platform. Steve received a B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Haverford College in 1984.
