Shane is a Vice President of Flexpoint Ford focused on identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities in the Asset Opportunities investment strategy. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2019, Shane was Senior Financial Analyst at CSS, a PE-backed regulatory technology platform. Prior to CSS, Shane was an Associate in the Economic & Valuation Services group of KPMG. Shane received a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
