Mark Barham Bio

Mark is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Flexpoint Ford. Prior to joining Flexpoint Ford in 2020, Mark was the Finance Director for Private Equity and Real Estate at Allstate Investments, part of The Allstate Corporation. Mark began his career in public accounting and spent 13 years at PwC, primarily in the Transaction Services advisory practice. Mark holds a B.A. In Business Studies and Economics from the University of Sheffield and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales.
