William Keigler Bio

Will Keigler joined Flexis Capital in 2018. Previously, Mr. Keigler was an investment banking Associate at Shot Tower Capital where he advised companies and financial sponsors in the media and technology industries on capital raises, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Shot Tower, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at M&T Bank Corporation. Mr. Keigler received a B.S. cum laude in Business and Economics from Washington and Lee University in 2010, and an M.B.A. with dean’s honors from Columbia Business School in 2018. Outside of work, Mr. Keigler enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. Although sparingly, he can sometimes be found playing golf, tennis or squash. He is also an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Mr. Keigler currently serves on the Board of Waterloo Sparkling Water and Hylan LLC. He is also actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Baltimore Cotillion and the Alumni Board of Gilman School.
