Peter Waleczek Bio

Peter is a founder and Managing Partner of FLEX Capital. After his own entrepreneurial ventures, he advised numerous companies on strategy, organization, and digitalization projects as a strategy consultant at McKinsey. His expertise at FLEX lies primarily in strategy development, value creation initiatives, and inorganic growth. Additionally, he consistently advances our ESG approach. In the portfolio, he mainly focuses on the Marbis Group (Nitrado, Apex, MCProHosting), the OMS Group (Formware, Raterpunkt, and docuguide), and the ComX Group (ComX, Tendex, GSL). As a father of two daughters, Peter places his family as his top priority. In his free time, he enjoys engaging in DIY projects and exploring the outskirts of Berlin on his racing bike. Peter completed his studies at the University of Mannheim, HEC Paris, and NUS Singapore.
