Andrew Fischer Bio

Andrew is a founding member of the Fletch investment team with over 10 years of lower middle market private equity experience. Prior to starting Fletch, Andrew participated on the deal teams of eight Celerity Partners portfolio companies in healthcare, transportation, energy and aerospace. He currently sits on the boards of Well-Foam, Oceanwide Repair and Autism Spectrum Interventions. Andrew holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
