Michael Sieglen Bio

Mr. Sieglen is responsible for transaction origination, analysis and execution as well as portfolio company management. Prior to Five Crowns Capital, Mr. Sieglen worked for Pegasus Capital Group, a lower-middle market private equity firm located in Los Angeles, CA, on its investment team where he focused on transaction origination, execution and diligence as well as portfolio company support including operational and acquisition initiatives. Prior to Pegasus Mr. Sieglen worked for Lazard as a member of its middle market advisory group focused on the industrial and consumer sectors. Earlier in his career Mr. Sieglen held investment and corporate banking roles at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Mr. Sieglen received his Bachelor of Science from Boston College and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
