Marja Verbon Bio

Marja is part of the Portfolio Operations Group at Five Arrows, joining in 2022 following the sale of her company Jump.Work, an AI People Analytics platform, to Jobandtalent. Previously, Marja worked in Venture Capital at Piton Capital, investing in network-effects businesses, such as Auto1 Group and Lantum; and at McKinsey & Company. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and a M.Sc. in Sociology with distinction from the University of Oxford and speaks English, Dutch and Italian.
