Patrick Carroll Bio

Mr. Carroll, Chief Financial Officer, joined First Reserve in 2011. Mr. Carroll is responsible for all aspects of accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial reporting. Prior to joining First Reserve, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte for nine years. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
