Stefan Happak Bio

Stefan is Managing Director of fi Portfolio Management GmbH. Before joining Findos Stefan was Managing Director at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, co-heading the German team of the Acquisition Leveraged Finance group. From his 11 years in Leveraged Finance where he was responsible for originating and arranging LBO transactions he spent 2 years in London focusing on Mezzanine Financing and 2 years as a team leader covering subordinated debt solutions for German sub-investment grade corporates. Stefan Happak graduated at LMU University in Munich before he joined HypoVereinsbank in 1995 where he started in corporate banking in Bielefeld.
