Prior to joining Fidus Capital, LLC, the predecessor firm of our investment advisor, in 2009, Mr. Shehorn was a senior associate with Allied Capital where he focused on investing subordinated debt and equity capital in middle market companies within the consumer products industry. Prior to Allied Capital, Mr. Shehorn was an analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Global Industrial and Services practice. Mr. Shehorn earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
