Maximilian Hilpert is Operations Director at Fidelium Partners. He brings extensive experience in leading transformation projects and implementing operational excellence strategies. Previously, he served as the Transformation Director at Rubix GmbH, where he oversaw the transformation of the DACH region. In this role, he led strategic M&A projects, developed new sales structures, and harmonized company processes, resulting in significant efficiency gains. Before joining Rubix, Maximilian was the Head of Vendor Management & Operating Model at Siemens. There, he introduced a new operating model and optimized corporate communications by implementing a vendor strategy that significantly reduced the dependency on external suppliers. With an Executive MBA in Business & IT and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Maximilian combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.
