Florian Rietz Bio

Florian Rietz joined Fidelium Partners in 2024 as Operating Partner. Before joining Fidelium he was active for 8 years in the environment of another private equity company where he managed the carve out, turn around and transformation of two portfolio companies. Prior to this he was working for ten years for the Bertelsmann Group, where he set up from scratch international service business and lately was Managing Director for the central elements of the Latin American BPO operations. Florian has a master degree in engineering from the RWTH Aachen as well as a master degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen.
