Achim Hirz Bio

Achim Hirz is an Operating Partner and has been part of the Fidelium team since 2020. He now has more than 15 years of experience in operational portfolio development for PE/VC companies. From 2008 on he acted as managing director for a number of PE/VC owned companies in “special situations” including carve-outs, structuring, turnaround, realignment, profitability improvement, risk-management and HR development. Achim has gained substantial industrial experience in the E-Commerce, FMCG, plastics engineering & production, metal engineering & production, pharmaceutical production and retail sectors. He started his career at Philipp Morris GmbH in Munich followed by Oakley Germany & Switzerland as director of finance and business administration. Achim holds a Master in Business Administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
