Jack Scott Bio

Jack joined FFL in 2010 and focuses on human capital within the portfolio. He works closely with FFL's companies on all aspects of talent management including recruiting, compensation, succession planning, retention, team building, and performance management. Outside of work, Jack loves playing golf and is always up for an adventure whether that means skiing, fishing, or defending his title as FFL's most prolific concert-goer, averaging more than 20 shows per year.
