Christina Romigh Bio

Christina joined FFL in 2024 and focuses on human capital within the portfolio. She works closely with FFL's companies on all aspects of talent management including recruiting, compensation, succession planning, retention, team building, and performance management. Outside of work, Christina loves camping, skiing, and all sorts of outdoor activities she never imagined enjoying when she lived in NYC. Christina has even become an amateur farmer, turning her backyard into a food forest and raising chickens.
