Stuart McCluskie works exclusively on the firm’s infrastructure funds. He is focused on bid management, proposal development and supporting transactions into execution. Stuart has spent the last ten years working on the prequalification, bidding and delivery of infrastructure assets under the alternative financing and procurement (AFP) and public-private partnership (P3) models. During this time, he has been a part of facilities management, design-build and equity/developer teams, giving him insight into the type of comprehensive coordination that successful AFP/P3 bids require. Stuart brings extensive experience in healthcare, transportation, institutional and mission critical sectors at the municipal/civic, regional and federal levels.
