Steven Sokalsky Bio

Steven Sokalsky provides legal advice to Fengate on various matters, including investment funds, investor closings, project finance and asset management. He sits on Fengate’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Committee and serves as a director on many project boards. Prior to joining Fengate, Steven was Vice President, Legal at ACS Infrastructure North America and advised on all aspects of major infrastructure projects delivered through public-private partnerships. He spent the first decade of his career at a global engineering firm and a national law firm engaged in technically complex commercial and regulatory matters. Steven earned a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, a joint J.D./LL.B. from the Universities of Windsor and Detroit, and a Certificate in Public-Private Partnerships from Osgoode Hall Law School.
