Kimberly is a learning strategist, leadership expert and design consultant with 12+ years experience creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences. As Fengate's Director of Learning and Development, Kimberly will be creating Onboarding, Development and Advancement programming that supports the Vision 2027 Strategic Objective: Attract, reward and retain the right individuals to execute our strategy. Kimberly has an exceptional track record of implementing large-scale programs creating high retention and long-term change. She is a proven expert in coaching, leadership development, and mentorship, leading high-functioning teams and driving outstanding learning solutions. Adaptable to change, Kimberly is a creative problem-solver with high resiliency. She brings demonstrable commitment to team-focused, people-first solutions with an empathetic, collaborative leadership style. Kimberly completed her Masters of Education, Adult Education and Community Development in 2021 and is currently working through Harvard Kennedy School's Public Leadership Credential.
