Alexander Chang Bio

Alex participates in all areas of the investment process within Fengate Private Equity. Prior to joining Fengate in 2021, Alex worked in the M&A investment banking group at National Bank Financial in Toronto. At National Bank, he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Prior to National Bank, Alex worked at AltaCorp Capital (now ATB Capital Markets) and Ernst and Young. Alex is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and holds an Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
