Mr. Clarke joined us in 2011, and is a Managing Director of the firm and General Counsel of Farallon Capital Asia Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining, Mr. Clarke worked as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York and Singapore, where he acted on a number of private investment transactions for Farallon. Mr. Clarke graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law with a J.D. and from Duke University with an A.B., cum laude, in Russian and Philosophy.
