Richard Bollini Bio

Mr. Bollini joined us in 2004, and is a Partner of the firm and Global Head of Tax. Prior to joining, Mr. Bollini was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche specializing in tax issues related to the investment management and hedge fund industries. His experience includes exposure to a broad range of securities transactions and structural issues having both domestic and international tax consequences. Mr. Bollini received his M.B.A. with concentrations in accounting and finance, graduating in the top five percent of his class, and he earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics, graduating with Highest Honors from the University of California, Davis. He is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant (active).
