Julie Harkness Cooke Bio

Ms. Cooke joined us in 2007, and is a Managing Director and a Senior Counsel in the Legal and Compliance group. Previously, Ms. Cooke worked as a corporate law associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Broomfield, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. She graduated from Columbia University Law School with a J.D. degree, where she was a Kent Scholar, and Duke University with a B.A. in Economics and English. She also holds an LL.M. from Cambridge University, where she was a Gates Scholar.
