Will Spach Bio

Mr. Spach joined Falfurrias Management Partners as an Associate in 2021 in the Strategy and Market Insights Group. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023 and Vice President in 2024. Previously, Mr. Spach spent three years at McKinsey & Company where he focused on strategy, procurement, organization, and transformation topics across a diverse set of public sector clients. Mr. Spach also serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve and previously mobilized to Europe in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
