Matthew Kilian Bio

Mr. Kilian joined Falfurrias Management Partners in June 2014 and currently serves as a Managing Director. His primary responsibilities focus on risk assessment through the deal execution process, transaction integration, and ongoing monitoring of portfolio company performance, but he also maintains responsibilities with the management company and fund oversight. He was the Chief Compliance Officer from the date of Falfurrias’ initial SEC registration in 2015, building out the compliance program, through May 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Financial Services Assurance Practice. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Kilian worked in assurance services and transaction advisory at Reznick Group.
