Mark Watters Bio

Mr. Watters is a Vice President supporting the Firm’s investments in the Food & Beverage and Industrials sectors. He rejoined Falfurrias Management Partners in 2025 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Carolina Foods, a Falfurrias Management Partners-backed commercial bakery specializing in branded and private label sweet baked goods. Previously, Mr. Watters was an Associate with Falfurrias Management Partners, where he focused on acquisition targeting, due diligence, structuring, and execution. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate with Sherman & Company, a middle-market investment bank focused on the insurance industry.
