Lindsay Gates Bio

Mrs. Gates joined Falfurrias Management Partners as Head of Talent in 2023. She is responsible for leading all talent initiatives and supports the Firm’s portfolio companies and Industry First campaigns. Prior to joining Falfurrias, Mrs. Gates spent four years as Head of Talent at Juxtapose, an investment firm focused on company creation. In this role, she built out portfolio company senior executive teams and served as talent counsel for CEOs across Juxtapose’s ventures while also leading recruiting and talent initiatives for the fund. Before joining Juxtapose, Mrs. Gates was a Principal at Rich Talent Group, a boutique executive search firm in San Francisco, where she led searches for growth-stage digital consumer businesses. Mrs. Gates studied at Bowdoin College and earned her MBA at UVA’s Darden School of Business.
