Bill Lovette Bio

Mr. Lovette is a Partner with over 42 years of expertise in the packaged food industry. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as Chairman & CEO of Sauer Brands, Inc. and was an Industry First Advisor for Falfurrias Management Partners, providing strategic guidance for their Carolina Foods and Local Hive investments throughout their packaged food campaign. Mr. Lovette holds the role of Executive Chairman for both Carolina Foods and Snak King and currently serves on the boards of Local Hive and Edge Industrial Technologies. Earlier in his career, as CEO of Pilgrim’s Pride (NASDAQ: PPC), he spearheaded a corporate turnaround that successfully led the company out of bankruptcy.
