Russ is the Founder and Managing Partner of FalconPoint Partners. Russ has spent his career tailoring flexible and scaled capital solutions for companies in the business services and industrial sectors. Prior to founding FalconPoint Partners, Russ established and led the New York office for Wynnchurch Capital. Previously, he helped launch Pamplona Capital Management’s New York office in 2012. He began his career in the leveraged finance group at Jefferies & Company, before joining the investment team at Wellspring Capital Management. Russ currently serves on the board of directors of Jennmar Holdings and BrightAI. Select prior board roles include Premier Franchise Management, Privia Health (NASDAQ: PRVA), Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM), iFit, Mattress Warehouse, Bass Pro Shops, CSC ServiceWorks, Alvogen, Beacon Rail Leasing, and OMNI Environmental Solutions. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife live in Rye, NY with their three children.
