Andrew Singer Bio

Andrew is the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at FalconPoint Partners. Previously, Andrew co-led the Wynnchurch Capital New York office. Before joining Wynnchurch, Andrew spent ten years at Pamplona Capital Management, pursuing and managing investments in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors. He began his career in the M&A group at BofA Merrill Lynch. Andrew currently serves on the board of directors of Jennmar Holdings and has previously served on the boards of several public and private companies, including Parexel (NASDAQ: PRXL), Premier Franchise Management, iFit, Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM), Calyx, and Spreemo. He has also been involved in investments in Bass Pro Shops, Alvogen, and Privia Health (NASDAQ: PRVA). Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Enterprise Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
