Massimo Niccolai Bio

At F2i since 2020, he is Partner and Risk Manager. Before joining F2i, he gained experience in business consulting at Protiviti. Over the years he managed, with a growing seniority level, projects of risk management set-up and co-sourcing within asset management industry and he supported energy, infrastructure and industrial players in the definition and development of Enterprise Risk Management programs. He acquired a deep knowledge of italian multiutilies dynamics and processes, directly managing integration, efficiency development and organizational projects. He graduated with honors in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
