Mr. Alemi specializes in M&A and project finance transactions within the power generation sector. He most recently joined Excelsior Energy Capital from Onward Energy, where he served as a Director of M&A and Business Development. During his six-year tenure at Onward Energy, he contributed to the acquisition and financing of over 4 GW of projects, as well as the restructuring of several project and corporate debt facilities. Prior to joining Onward Energy, he worked in consulting for over 10 years, holding engineering and project management positions with a focus on infrastructure and industrial investment, as well as regional development projects. Mr. Alemi holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
