Alison brings over 15 years of experience as a transactional healthcare attorney and compliance advisor. Alison serves as a strategic resource to Excellere’s portfolio companies, providing guidance, tools, and partnership to support a strong culture of ethics and compliance. She collaborates with Excellere’s investment team and portfolio company leadership to drive consistency and create value through effective compliance programs that support growth and provide competitive advantage. Additionally, Alison has responsibility for various legal and compliance matters impacting Excellere Partners’ operations, business structures, and investments. After nearly a decade practicing law with McGuireWoods and Katten, she built a successful healthcare compliance advisory practice through which she provided compliance solutions and support to healthcare providers and investors as well as other entities across the healthcare services sector. Alison holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan School of Law, a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College. Outside of her professional life, when she is not on the field hockey or lacrosse field sidelines cheering on her two teenage children Alison enjoys cycling, playing tennis and spending time in the mountains.
