Ryan Conway Bio

Ryan Conway joined EW in 2021 and is a Vice President. Mr. Conway currently serves as an Observer on the Board of Directors for Enercon Technologies. Prior to joining EW, Mr. Conway worked at Copley Equity Partners, a family office focused on direct lower middle-market growth equity and buyout investments across a broad range of industries, including Healthcare and Business Services. Prior to Copley, Mr. Conway worked at Crestview Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in the Energy, Industrials, Media, and Financial Services sectors. Mr. Conway began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Conway received his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Amherst College.
