Vishal Sharma Bio

Vishal Sharma is a Managing Director and leads the Operations team at Everstone Capital. He is responsible for the implementation of the Everstone Operating Playbook across portfolio companies, working with deal teams and portfolio leadership to define the value creation thesis and steering the implementation of the thesis in a structured manner. Vishal has 18 years of deep business transformation experience including consulting with the Boston Consulting Group. In addition, he worked in IT offshoring work across India and North America in organisations such as Sapient Corporation. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business, where he was part of the Dean’s Merit List.
