Harry Banks Bio

Harry Banks is a CPA and experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of working in private equity owned and privately held companies across multiple industries. Mr. Banks has an operational background and enjoys working with business owners and operators. Mr. Banks primarily works with companies on financial and back-office initiatives, systems implementations and operational support. Prior to joining Everlane Equity Partners, Mr. Banks served as CFO for a private equity backed company in the Aviation MRO industry. While serving as CFO, Mr. Banks helped lead a successful private equity sale process after significantly increasing financial performance, acquiring strategic targets and integrating additional companies onto the platform. Prior to that role, Mr. Banks served as a Corporate Controller for a middle market manufacturing company in the Aviation and Automotive space, and as an Audit Manager with a global accounting firm, Grant Thornton. Mr. Banks has a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, with concentrations in Accounting and Human Resources, from Boston College.
