Ryan Chan Bio

Ryan Chan is responsible for treasury management, financial reporting, and tax planning. Mr. Chan has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the real estate and private equity industries, including 10 years as Chief Financial Officer for Belzberg & Co. (formerly, Gibralt Capital Corporation), Second City Capital Partners, and Balfour Pacific Capital. Mr. Chan has extensive experience structuring debt and equity financings, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures. In the last 20 years, he successfully completed an IPO, set up over 100 syndicated partnerships, and launched and managed four private equity funds that completed > $2 billion of acquisitions. Mr. Chan holds a B.S. with honors from the State University of New York and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
