Vincent is Eurazeo’s Director of Strategy and M&A. His role is to lead the Group’s strategic direction and to ensure its implementation. Vincent began its carrier in 2011 in mergers & acquisitions at Messier, Maris & Associés and then, for six years, at DC Advisory where he advised numerous French and cross-border transactions for investment funds and major industrial groups.In 2017, Vincent then joined Amethis, an investment fund member of the Edmond de Rothschild platform, focusing on PE on the African continent. Vincent holds a Master in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering from the Université Paris-Dauphine.
