Guillaume Gratias Bio

Guillaume joins Eurazeo as Principal within the Capital Markets & Financing team. Prior to joining, Guillaume worked for nine years at Rothschild & Co within the Debt Advisory & Restructuring team in the Paris office. He has contributed to various corporate and LBO financing transactions across a wide range of sectors. Guillaume has also worked on several ECM transactions (IPOs, Rights Issues and market sell-downs). Guillaume graduated from HEC Paris (MSc in Management).
