Asnen joins Eurazeo in May 2022 as a Principal of the Healthcare team. Formerly, Asnen has worked for eight years at Sanofi, first in the industrial teams mostly in Latin America, then in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. On top of contributing to the simplification of Sanofi mature business and industrial footprint, he was in charge of several spin-off and acquisitions projects in innovative therapies (immunology, oncology, rare diseases), vaccines, OTC and digital healthcare. Asnen graduated both from the University of Pharmacy of Paris and ESSEC Business School.
