Hayley Kirman Bio

Hayley is a member of the investment team at Ethos. In her role, she works with other investment team members to evaluate and analyze investment opportunities. Hayley most recently was an investment professional at ABRY Partners, where she focused on the financial services, software, and business services sectors. While at ABRY, she served on the board of directors of several companies, including Portfolio Group and Lighthouse Autism Center. Prior to joining ABRY, Hayley worked as a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon in its dedicated private equity practice, where she advised clients on transaction strategy and performed commercial market due diligence on target acquisitions.
