Duygu Erden Bio

Duygu Erden is a Director in the Tax and Legal team and focusing on local and international tax issues. Prior to joining Esas in 2020, Duygu was a senior manager at Deloitte Turkey. At Deloitte, during 15 years work experience, she focused on M&A projects, international tax issues, tax risk management, restructuring and provided consultancy to local and multinational companies and managed teams. She also had given lectures regarding various tax issues within the Deloitte Academy, and published articles and booklets on taxation of both financial services industries and financial instruments. Duygu Erden earned her B.A. degree in Public Finance from Marmara University. She participated in certificate programs of Belgium Deloitte University in 2012, 2013 and 2018 with respect to international taxation. She is also Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2009.
