Dinçer Aydemir Bio

Dinçer Aydemir oversees the operations of Esas and leads the tax and legal team. Prior to joining Esas in 2015, Dinçer was a partner at Mazars Turkey, where he focused on international tax issues, tax risk management, M&A projects, and advised various local and multi-national companies. Previously, he was a tax inspector at the Ministry of Treasury & Finance of Turkey. Dinçer Aydemir earned his M.S.B.A. degree in Financial Economics from Boston University and B.A. degree in Political Sciences from Ankara University. He is a sworn financial advisor and holds an independent auditor certificate.
