Tak Wai Chung Bio

Tak Wai CHUNG joined EQT Partners in February 2009 as a Vice President. Tak Wai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University (High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa), and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Tak Wai was with Lehman Brothers for over six years. While at Private Equity in Hong Kong, he focused on making direct investments into China. Before that, he was in the Investment Banking division covering primarily telecommunications, financial institutions and natural resources in both New York and Hong Kong. Tak Wai is a member of the EQT Mid Market Asia Partners Investment Committee and the Greater China II Internal Investment Committee.
