Prior to joining EQT, Neha worked at Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York, where she focused on investments across the Industrial and Consumer sectors. Prior to that, Neha worked as an Analyst in the Industrials group at Barclays. Neha holds Bachelors degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
