Masahiko Kato is a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Japan. He joined EQT Partners in September 2021. Prior to joining EQT, Masa was a Deputy General Manager at Mitsubishi Corporation and managed various private equity and infrastructure investments in Japan, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe. Prior to that he was with KPMG and SoftBank in Japan. Masa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sophia University in Tokyo.
