Kirti Hariharan Bio

Kirti Hariharan is the General Counsel in the BPEA EQT team. Kirti responsible for all legal matters associated with the team’s fundraising and investment efforts, including the structuring and execution of transactions, financing and related activities. Kirti worked for BPEA from 2011 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Kirti was at leading law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walke. Prior to that, he worked with Och-Ziff Capital Management in their Hong Kong and Bangalore offices and was a Partner at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., India’s leading law firm. Kirti received his LL.M. (Commercial Law) from Singapore Management University and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University.
