Guy Cui Bio

Guy Cui is a Partner in the BPEA EQT team, focusing on investment activities in Greater China. Guy worked for BPEA from 2012 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Guy was Partner of Hopu Investment Management Co. Ltd. Prior to that, Guy was Managing Director of Morgan Stanley China Investment Banking and led HSBC’s Resources and Energy Group in Asia Pacific. Guy received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Science & Technology Beijing, China, and a D.Phil. in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
